Shipping your package
Packages are usually shipped within 5 to 15 working days after payment is received (we assemble to order). They are shipped via UPS/fEdEx or other carrier, pending on your location, with a tracking number and delivered with signature (will not be left without signature). Regardless of the carrier we choose, we will send you a tracking number to follow your package online.
Shipping costs, include preparation and packaging costs as well as postage. Preparation costs are fixed, while transport costs vary depending on the total weight of the package. We recommend consolidating all of your items into one order. We cannot combine two orders placed separately and shipping charges apply to each order. if box damaged on receipt, please record on the carrier's delivery note, failure to comply will void any insurance claim.
The box dimensions are appropriate and your items are properly protected.
If return to us for "no one to sign" we reserve the right to charge an extra if need to be resend or charge a fee on the refund.
